Toner Graham South East Charity Quiz Night 2011

Thursday, 10th November saw the first Toner Graham South East Charity Quiz Night held in order to raise money for the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Services.

Alexander Devine provide a much needed children’s hospice for very special children in the Thames Valley.  A service giving children and their families a choice of care and support from it’s dedicated staff.  With the added focus of a new hospice in Maidenhead, the Toner Graham Quiz Night will go some way towards this new sanctuary of care.

Picture this – over 30 clients, 75 questions, one bar (Sakura in Reading), one Quiz Master, one raffle, 20 fabulous prizes - resulting in £500 raised.

So a big thank you to all those who came along, we hope you enjoyed the evening and thank you all for digging deep and helping us beat our fund raising target.

A huge thank you to all those kind companies from across the Thames Valley for their generous donations of prizes.

Finally, our sincere thanks go to Janet Brewer the Head of Fundraising at Alexander Devine, who made a very heartfelt speech to open the Quiz.
