The nature of the work will be commercially challenging. Consultants will manage a portfolio of blue chip clients – marketing, selling and building relationships with key executives of major businesses in the UK. Management of retained assignments, creating adverts and mailshots, providing consultancy advice to clients and candidates and developing the ability to interview and assess discerning accountants will constitute an important part of your remit.
In the medium term we need consultants to manage our operations and assume full responsibility for key profit centres.
To be successful you will be self-motivated, task orientated with exceptional drive and strong interpersonal and influencing skills. You will relish working as part of a team of highly motivated, like-minded individuals where success, enjoyment and a work had, play hard ethic is paramount.
We will ensure that you develop the generic skills required to be successful, with a structured, intense training and induction programme.
