Toner Graham is a specialist accountancy recruitment consultancy established in January 1994. Our clients range across industries from the world’s largest companies to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups. As a result our candidates have access to the broadest selection of opportunities across each of our geographical regions.

We recruit accountants at all levels, and across all business sectors, on both a permanent and temporary basis (ie part-qualified level to finance director level).

We manage and maintain a comprehensive database of accountants across all our regions ensuring our clients have access to the largest number of relevant, high-talent individuals in the market at any point in time.

Toner Graham covers three major geographical regions: the West Country, Thames Valley and the Midlands

Our West Country business was established in Cheltenham in January 1994. This has been further strengthened by the opening of our Bristol office launched in June 2006 and our Swindon office in September 2008. The latter have strengthened our position as the market leader in the provision of accountancy recruitment services to corporate clients across the region.
Our Thames Valley operation was established in July 2000 and grew consistently year-on-year despite the earlier difficulties encountered in the telecoms and technology sectors. Toner Graham’s substantial ongoing investment in this region continues to build both reputation and brand, and the prospects in this market remain very strong.
Our Midlands region, headquartered in Birmingham and launched in 2005, has been an outstanding success and our plan to achieve market-leading status in three years has been realised. This was further strengthened with the opening of the Coventry office in October 2008.

Our ethos is clear and simple: to build long term relationships with clients and candidates by offering an exceptional consultancy service at all times.

Consistently 40% of our successful candidate introductions are directly attributable to personal referrals. This important performance indicator, together with our long standing sole and preferred supplier agreements with many prestigious clients, vindicates our relationship-driven approach.
