You will find us flexible with regard to how your interim assignment is structured and we work closely with you to ensure both yours and the clients’ requirements are met – whether paying you through PAYE or your own Limited Company, on our payroll or the clients’ you can be assured our back office systems will help rather than hinder.

When you have an urgent need for an interim manager you can be confident that when you come to Toner Graham we have a database of pre-screened, pre-interviewed and referenced candidates with early or immediate availability. We will react promptly and professionally to your requirements working out of hours where necessary to provide an expedient solution. If the interim assignment is highly sensitive or confidential, we will work within your clearly defined parameters and can offer a range of flexible solutions to accommodate. This can include introducing the candidate through a Limited Company or PAYE through either your or our payroll. We develop strong relationships with our candidates whose probity we can therefore trust.
Due to our thorough candidate registration process our knowledge of each candidate’s skills and experience will greatly assist us in finding the fit right for your requirements and typically we will present the best 2-3 individuals for your role.
Once you have discussed and agreed the brief with your interim management consultant they will own the process from start to finish working to your timescales, arranging interviews and potentially a working interview where necessary until all parties are happy with the outcome.
