For those who are new to the industry, the work will be commercially challenging.  Each recruitment consultant manages a portfolio of clients, building relationships with major businesses in the UK.  Important parts of your remit will be, providing consultancy advice to clients and candidates, developing the ability to interview and evaluate discerning accountants, promoting our services to organisations in person, by email and over the phone, taking detailed briefs, negotiating packages and agreeing terms.

To be successful you will be self-motivated and task-orientated with exceptional drive and strong interpersonal and influencing skills. You will relish working as part of a team of highly motivated, like minded recruitment consultants who value success.
