For those who are new to the industry, the work will be commercially challenging.  Each recruitment consultant manages a portfolio of blue chip clients: marketing, selling and building relationships with key executives of major businesses in the UK.  Important parts of your finance recruitment remit will be the management of retained assignments, creating advertisements both on-line and off-line, providing consultancy advice to clients and candidates, and developing the ability to interview and evaluate discerning accountants.

To be successful you will be self-motivated and task-orientated with exceptional drive and strong interpersonal and influencing skills. You will relish working as part of a team of highly motivated, like minded recruitment consultants who value success, enjoyment and a ‘work hard, play hard’ ethic.

Through both your initial induction phase and the continuous on-the-job training and coaching as a trainee recruitment consultant, we will ensure you learn at the right pace and develop the wide range of skills and abilities needed to become a highly successful consultant.  All we ask from you in return is commitment!
